Cuvee Rouge - 4/07/2010

Cuvee Rouge by Cusano, robusto 5x50.  Strong pepper off the start, and for the first inch or two.  Robust flavor of spice and cherry.  About half way in turned sweet and spicy with cinnamon and cherry flavors. Mellows to a very smooth woody and cinnamon spice to the nub. A finger burner. Very good.

Paired with ice water.

75 warm degrees, no wind on a beautiful spring evening.
