Isla del Sol, Gran Corona 5.0" x 44.  Small coffee infused and sweetened cigar, smokes very mild with a lot of smoke.  Nice for breakfast.

Paired with Western Family Distinct Selection French Roast Coffee after malted pancakes.

53 degrees on a soggy morning.

    Is all right with your world? I fear grave illness, or worse yet, apathy has infected your cigar smoking (well, blogging) self. Your once-daily reviews, with the pithy, smart format (cigar, pairing, weather) never failed to give me that jolt of "brothers of the leaf" kinship each day.

    So, on the off-chance the holidays have kept you busy, please accept my humble contribution:

    Last night, Fonseca "F" robusto as an appetizer, followed by a Rocky Patel Sungrown toro. Both delicious. The Fonseca is surprisingly tasty for the price. Paired with Highland Park 12 yr. old single malt. Friggin' cold and going to snow this weekend.

    Nice. Thanks for the post. I haven't had the Highland Park ... I have seen it at Costco and am tempted to try it.

    I do like the Fonseca 'F' ... nice cigar.

    The weather has been cold and or rainy lately, so I haven't smoked as much as I normally would. I was hittin' one a day for a while!
